Build a full 5200 sq ft home from the foundation up to create a market-ready, profitable asset.
One of our established clients, a lender, contacted us about a property which became delinquent on a home renovation/extension loan. Since the loan had been granted, the borrower had demolished the entire structure and poured foundation for an extension. Our client determined that it was in their best interest to rebuild the home based on the borrower's existing architectural plans to sell a finished product.
Working hand-in-hand with the client team, Kando’s construction team took the lead to develop a game plan that was value engineered for budget constraints.
Although the existing foundation and plans presented many challenges throughout the project, with our CAN-DO approach we successfully built the full 5200 sq ft home from the foundation up. Our work included framing, electric, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, drywall, paint, trim, doors, hardwood, carpet, custom kitchen, lighting, roofing, stucco, stone, siding, fixtures, and more. Kando Group demolished the existing oversized inground pool, ran new water, electric and gas service from the street to the home, renovated the existing garage, paved a new driveway, and installed new landscaping all on budget and on schedule.
